Eaton LifeSense is a hose condition monitoring system. It automatically detects if any hose failure occurs and alerts the operator for maintenance. It’s a revolutionary product by Eaton. Before a hose gets completely damaged and machines stop—prior to further bad situations—LifeSense informs if a minor damage occurs in the hose. It studies the hose through electric signals and alerts when internal fatigue occurs.
