Hose Test Benches

O+P has been in the business of hydraulic hose and tubing processing for over forty years. Today the company can boast a wide range of products along with an exponential global service.

Among the hose processing equipment, O+P presents the new version of the BC1500E/WATER test bench for testing hoses up to 1500 bar. 

Thanks to its generous test tank, this bench allows testing a very wide range of both hydraulic and industrial low-pressure hoses from 10bar up to the maximum pressure of 1500bar.

Equipped with two analog pressure gauges for reading the pressure, the bench is simple to use and intuitive to operate: pressure control and discharge, testing and liquid filling are carried out manually.

The BC1500E/WATER is supplied with a ¼'' BSP quick coupling for hose connection; 3/8'' to 2'' adapters are available on request. Chamber and components are entirely of stainless steel to ensure the best test conditions and at the same time guarantee the longevity of the testing bench.
