Husqvarna Group agrees to acquire Heger

 The construction division of Husqvarna Group, the leader in equipment and diamond tools recently agreed to acquire Heger Diamond Tools. The privately-owned company Heger was founded in 1908 and its headquarters is located in Heitersheim, Germany, along with sales offices in Germany and the Netherlands. This acquisition will enable Husqvarna to strengthen its core Concrete Sawing & Drilling business in Central Europe.
