Hydraulics Designer

Job Description

Hydraulic Design & Drafting:

Design hydraulic schematics, drawings, and system layouts.

Construct Bills of Materials (BOMs) for hydraulic components.

• Technical Analysis

Design hydraulic systems according to project specifications and requirements, specifying and testing components such as pumps, valves, actuators, and fittings.

Implement design changes to improve the performance and efficiency of a system.

• Collaboration:

Coordinate with manufacturing groups and engineers to ensure proper system integration.
Offer service and sales support concerning hydraulic system design and operation.

• Traceability & Troubleshooting:

Verify designs against industry standards and safety codes.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in hydraulic systems, with technical assistance if necessary.
Compensation

The initial compensation range for the role is $70,000 - $85,000. The final rate of compensation will vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
