J2l Holding Ab Acquired Rehobot Group

J2L Holding AB, the family-owned investment company has recently acquired Rehobot AB, the parent company of Rehobot Hydraulics AB and Simson Power Tools AB. Rehobot Hydraulics located in Eskilstuna, Sweden is the manufacturer and distributor of high-pressure hydraulics products for service and maintenance applications. Simson Power Tools, based in Hofors, Sweden and its sister companies are also included in the acquisition.
