Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician ​to join us at our diverse team in Easley, SC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the running and maintenance of all machinery in our factory location.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. 
  • Monitor & troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems to the faulty component under the instruction of the Maintenance Technician II. 
  • Provide line support for the assembly cell and is the next level of escalation after the cell expert for manufacturing issues related to safety and process quality. 
  • Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using a voltmeter, Megger, and other test equipment under the instruction of Maintenance Technician II. 
  • Analyze test results, machine, error messages, and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems. 
  • Repair and Maintain Fanuc Robotics and CNC Machines, including Mazak/Makino Machining Centers.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 

2 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical or electronic systems is a plus but not required 

Working knowledge of quality/problem-solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone) 

Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques. Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics.
