UBE Machinery and U-MHI Plastech Merger Announcement

UBE Machinery and U-MHI Plastech Co., Ltd.—two global leaders in the injection molding industry—officially merged on August 1, 2020.

U-MHI Plastech Co., Ltd. is the former Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. This merger expands the combined company’s product line and market presence.

The newly merged company will operate under the name UBE Machinery.
