The latest FC250H and H250H hoses by Danfoss

Danfoss Power Solutions, a renowned global provider of mobile and industrial hydraulics, as well as electric powertrain systems, has introduced its Aeroquip by Danfoss FC250H and Weatherhead by Danfoss H250H hoses. These hoses have been meticulously engineered to surpass the performance standards set by SAE 100R5, offering a lighter and more flexible alternative to the traditional three-braid 100R5 hoses. This enhanced flexibility simplifies hose routing and reduces the overall weight of the application.

The FC250H and H250H hoses have undergone rigorous testing, withstanding an impressive 300,000 impulse cycles, thereby outperforming the SAE 100R5 benchmarks. Furthermore, these hoses are 20% lighter compared to conventional three-braid hoses, resulting in reduced vehicle weight and long-term fuel consumption savings. Notably, they boast a 50% smaller bend radius than the 100R5 requirement, a 25% tighter bend radius than similar hoses from competitors, and a 15% smaller outer diameter than the 100R5 maximum. This design facilitates ease of installation in tight spaces commonly encountered in modern machinery offering engineers increased flexibility in system design while maintaining peak performance levels.
