Aignep Spa, one of the leaders in the production of fittings, solenoid valves, and cylinders recently announced its acquisition of Alpha Technologies LLC, a subsidiary company distributing Aignep products in North American market. This acquisition aims to strengthen the company’s presence and to deliver complete, innovative, and professional solutions to the customers. Soon, Alpha Technologies will be renamed as Aignep.
