PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Aircraft Hydraulic Systems Specialists Troubleshoots, removes, repairs, overhauls, inspects, adjusts, installs, and tests aircraft hydraulic and In-flight Refueling (IFR) systems and components, including support equipment (SE).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Inspect, operate, troubleshoot, remove, repair, overhaul, and install aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components, including SE.

Applies hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical/electronic principles and fundamentals, technical orders, and schematic diagrams to isolate malfunctions.

PGuideson issues with aircraft hydraulic systems. Establishes maintenance procedures and performance characteristics based on relevant technical publications.
