Chevron, Talos and Carbonvert closing the expanded JV for Bayou Bend CCS Project

 Recently the companies Chevron New Energies division, Talos Low Carbon Solutions division, and Carbonvert, Inc. have announced the closing of the expanded joint venture to develop the Bayou Bend CCS offshore hub. Chevron acquired 50% of the stake of the expanded Bayou Bend CCS joint venture over this period. Talos and Carbonvert will have an equity interest of 25% each.
