Job Summary

Eubank Construction Co., Inc. is primarily an underground utility and drainage contractor that is licensed in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Alabama and provides site utilities, storm drainage, and directional boring for retail and industrial sites, municipalities, and private developers.

Operators should be able to:

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations creating a safe working environment.
Follow instructions provided by a Foreman with daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
Safely work around heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, cranes, etc.
Inspect, maintain, and operate hand tools, power tools, and other various equipment.
Communicate well with others on the job site both verbally and using hand signals.
Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.
Experience operating excavator to install water, sewer, and storm drain pipes and manholes.
Experience digging around existing utilities preferred.

Requirements:

Must have a valid Driver's License.
OSHA 10 Safety Training preferred.
First Aid / CPR Certification is a plus.
Must pass pre-employment screening.
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds repeatedly, up to 100 lbs with assistance.
Must be able to bend, kneel, push, pull, walk on rough terrain, and climb in and out of equipment and work areas.
Must be able to work in all types of indoor/outdoor environments.
Must be willing to travel and/or work overtime when required.
