Assembler:

Unpackage/assemble equipment and install accessories to OEM specifications. Performs fit/finish
checks, pre-delivery inspections, and prepares equipment for sales.
· Basic hand and power tools
· Able to read and understand assembly instructions
· Attention to detail
· Able to maintain a consistent workflow

Small Engine Technician:

Perform maintenance and service work, as well as assess and diagnose small engines. Understands
warranty processes and able to document repair actions
· Basic hand and power tools
· 2 stroke and 4-stroke engine experience
· Able to read and understand service manuals and schematics
· Communicate with service advisors on the repair process

Heavy Equipment and Tractor Technician:

Perform maintenance and service work, as well as assess and diagnose diesel engines and hydraulic
systems. Understands emission components as well as CAN bus and hydraulic principles. Understands
warranty processes and able to document repair actions
· Advanced tool selection
· Can bus and hydraulic experience
· Ability to utilize diagnostic software
· Communicate complex repair processes
Other Functions Applicable to All Position Levels Described Above:
• May pull own stock as required using forklift or pallet jacks.
• Communicate with service writers regarding the status of units being assembled and/or repaired.
• Requisitions parts required for repairs and communicates to service writer as needed.
• Completes all required paperwork and time recording.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions: Interior service bay work involving lifting and moving objects with or without
assistance. Work involves the use of solvents, lubrications, and engine fuel. Some noise from tools and
engines. Some exterior stock retrieval and testing of units are required.

• Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Required)

• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)
