HAWE Hydraulik realigns its organization

HAWE Hydraulik, a leading provider of hydraulic solutions, has recently implemented significant organizational changes to enhance its global operations and market presence.

Management Board Changes:

Chief Sales Officer (CSO): As of July 1, 2023, Jiang Ye has assumed the role of CSO, overseeing worldwide regional sales. Since January 2021, he has served as Regional Director for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and will continue in this capacity alongside his new responsibilities. Jiang Ye's association with HAWE dates back to 1999 when he began as Managing Director of HAWE International Trading in Shanghai. 

Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Robert Schullan, who has held the positions of CSO since April 2018 and CEO since July 2019, will retire at the end of 2023. He will be succeeded by Wolfgang Sochor as CEO (Spokesman of the Board), ensuring a seamless transition in leadership. 

Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Effective July 1, 2023, Sebastian Brand has joined the Management Board, overseeing Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Compliance, Tax, Legal, and IT. Brand brings extensive experience from his previous roles in international mechanical engineering and critical infrastructure sectors. 

Chief Operating Officer (COO): On January 1, 2024, Christof Gilnhammer will take over the management board division of Value Chain Management, bringing his expertise to the company's operational processes. 

Expansion in Canada:

In line with its strategy to strengthen its presence in North America, HAWE Hydraulik has established a subsidiary in Mississauga, Ontario. As of July 1, 2023, HAWE Hydraulik Canada Inc., a 100% subsidiary, focuses on assembling compact power units as system solutions. This expansion aims to serve manufacturers of drilling rigs, aerial work platforms, and crawler vehicles, offering attractive delivery times for customer-specific control blocks. 

These strategic organizational realignments reflect HAWE Hydraulik's commitment to adapting to dynamic market environments and enhancing its global footprint.
