High-precision hybrid servo pump unit

Daikin Industries LTD. has developed and produced the SUT00S* and SUT00D* high-precision SUPER UNITS, hybrid servo pumps integrating hydraulic technology with an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor. This innovative design results in a compact power unit that delivers high torque and precise control, boasting a minimal hysteresis and linearity of up to 1%. The servo pump's efficiency is remarkably high, leading to reduced power consumption and minimal oil heating.
          The extensive product range offers single-pump models ranging from 11 to 15 kW and double-pump models from 11 to 22 kW. These units feature a flow rate of up to 200 l/min and a pressure capacity of up to 250 bar.
           In double pump-equipped SUT models, the primary pump handles high-pressure operations with limited flow. If the flow rate requirement exceeds the primary pump's capacity, the secondary pump activates, ensuring the necessary flow at a lower pressure.
           For optimal functionality, the controller is to be installed remotely within the control panel. The high-precision SUPER UNITS require a power supply of AC 3-phase 380…440V 50/60Hz, with a tolerance of -20% to +10%.
