Houchens Industries to acquire Air Hydro Power

 Houchens Industries, the wholly owned S Corp ESOPs in the United States has recently signed a definitive agreement to acquire Air Hydro Power (AHP). The Louisville, Kentucky-based company AHP is the leading industrial distributor of motion control and fluid power solutions. The majority owners of AHP will remain involved in the business post-close. AHP has 21 locations and 300+ employees.
