HPVR - Piston Pump

Operating at pressures elevated to 4000 PSI, our HPVR system features variable volume, pressure-compensated axial piston pumps that consistently adjust output flow to meet system requirements. These pumps are meticulously engineered to closely resemble the physical size and port placement of Eaton-Vickers PVB and PVQ, as well as Denison PV series pumps, ensuring seamless interchangeability and ease of replacement.
         The HPVR boasts a range of key features that enhance its performance and versatility. With impressive flow rates of up to 30 gallons per minute (GPM), this system delivers efficient and reliable operation. Maintenance is simplified through replaceable components such as the port plate, piston show wear plate, and control piston wear plate. The HPVR also offers tandem pump options, providing flexibility in system configuration. Its design prioritizes interchangeability, ensuring compatibility with other components and facilitating easy replacement. The system provides multiple control options, allowing users to tailor its operation to specific requirements. Additionally, the inclusion of a new trunnion bearing and heavy-duty components enhances durability, contributing to a longer operational life and reduced noise levels.
