The DG650 equipment is designed for precision groove-shaping to meet demanding piling requirements, whether they are moderate or highly challenging. Incorporating Zoomlion's proven undercarriage technology, it boasts features such as real-time vertical adjustment, free swing of the bucket, and resistance to oil hose bursts. Equipped with optional Rexroth winches featuring a free-fall function, the DG650 efficiently drills into tough soil using a powerful free-fall impulse force, effortlessly overcoming obstacles associated with challenging soil conditions.
          The grooving capabilities of the ZDG650 range from 800mm to 1500mm in width, with a depth of up to 80m. This makes it the optimal choice for addressing both moderately and highly demanding piling requirements. Notable features include a super-large closing force and a bucket body with strong cutting ability. Adding weight to the bucket body, along with modular counterweights, provides convenient and diverse weight combinations. The swing-type front and back deviation correction minimally impact groove walls, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy in groove formation.
          The ±180° rotation function of the bucket body addresses construction challenges related to "+" and "L" groove configurations. An adaptive follow-up function enhances depth control, improving performance and extending hose life. The DG650's high rigidity mast-type large triangle luffing structure, combined with a heavy slewing support design, ensures exceptional working stability. The equipment's multi-directional video monitoring system eliminates blind spots during rotation and movement. Hydraulic leakage monitoring across the entire machine enhances the safety of the grab hydraulic system.
