Job Description:

As a Hydraulic Lab - Test/Validation Engineer, you will perform Lab testing of hydraulic components, systems, and allied products at the Caterpillar Global R&D Headquarters under new product development programs or continuous improvement initiatives. Significant challenges for incumbents include meeting cost, quality, and performance objectives, as well as prioritizing multiple demands. This role will require one to be aware of evolving clients' requirements as the project runs, be ahead of the latest technology, and give direction and guidance on the project to less senior engineers, technologists, and technicians. Incumbents could be required to take major accountability for the delivery of a project.
