International Sealing Conference

The Fluid Power Association, which is associated with VDMA (Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers' Association) and its Fluid Power Sealing Group, which has the leading German manufacturers of seals for fluid power and general applications, will host the 23rd International Sealing Conference on 30 September and 1 October 2026 at the Filderhalle Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart. The conference will take place under the scientific auspices of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Frank Bauer from the Institute of Machine Components (IMA), University of Stuttgart. 

The purpose of the conference is to present scientific research results, results of development, and user experiences, contributing to knowledge transfer between scientific institutions, manufacturers/suppliers of seals and sealing systems, users (manufacturers of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components, machinery manufacturers, automobile and plant manufacturers, automotive suppliers, aerospace, and chemical industries, among others), manufacturers of preliminary products for sealing systems, hydraulic fluids, lubricants, etc., and 
service providers like testing labs and engineering offices.
