Interpump Group acquired Draintech

 According to the recent news release from Interpump Group, the company has acquired 80% of the shares of Draintech through its subsidiary Transtecno. Draintech located at Anzola dell Emilia (BO) was established in 1999, and the offered products are gears and components for precision mechanical transmission. As per the recent updates, the last year sales were 3,8 million Euro.
