Manuli Hydraulics – Sliderlock Fitting System

The mining division of Manuli Hydraulics has launched a new fitting system called Sliderlock—an innovative concept introduced at MINExpo 2016, designed to ensure secure locking of fittings.

Sliderlock is a unique product in the mining industry, featuring a spring-loaded cover that protects the component in the harshest conditions. It enhances the traditional base locking method used in underground mining applications for over 50 years.

In addition to improving safety and performance, Sliderlock:

Prevents dust ingress

Works in conjunction with Manuli Flushfit

Offers a compact, snag-free design

Enables more efficient equipment layouts with reduced risk of hose abrasion

The Sliderlock system is interchangeable with Flushfit and is supported by a dedicated range of adapters
