Manuli Hydraulics New Acquisition: PSI Hydraulics Private Limited

Manuli Hydraulics announces the acquisition of the majority of shares of the Indian company PSI Hydraulics (PSI).

PSI is India’s third-largest company in the field of Hydraulic Fluid Conveyance Solutions, with operations in Bangalore and Udaipur. Manuli Hydraulics has acquired a majority stake in PSI and will now support the company with investments and technical expertise to help realize its growth potential and establish a network of world-class operations serving the Indian market.

PSI’s products are supplied to OEMs and end users in sectors such as heavy earthmoving, construction, surface and underground mining, machine tools, plastic injection molding, material handling, steel, cement, and defense. The company name has been changed from PSI Hydraulics Private Limited to Manuli PSI Hydraulics Private Limited. As part of the Manuli Hydraulics network, PSI’s customers will now have closer access to the manufacturer, benefiting from the latest technological innovations, consistent supply, and improved operational capabilities based on Manuli’s global best practices.

PSI’s customers will also gain direct access to Manuli’s highly skilled technicians and engineers, who operate from five global Innovation Centres focused on the continuous development of new technologies and integrated, customer-specific technical solutions. This acquisition further strengthens Manuli Hydraulics’ global presence in manufacturing and assembly, bringing its capabilities closer to key industries within the growing Indian market and offering enhanced local support to both existing and prospective OEM clients.
