Manuli Hydraulics – Sliderlock Hose Connection System

Manuli Hydraulics' Mining Division has announced the release of the new Sliderlock hose connection system. This innovative concept is designed to ensure the integrity of staple lock hose connectors, making it a unique solution in the mining industry.

Sliderlock features a spring-loaded cover that ensures the staple is fully retained even in the harshest conditions. It further enhances the traditional staple lock connection design, which has been used in underground mining applications for over 50 years.

In addition to improving safety and performance, the Sliderlock cover also:

Minimizes dust ingress

Works in combination with Manuli Flushfit™ staple lock fittings

Provides a compact, snag-free design

Enables a more space-efficient connection layout without the risk of hose abrasion

To support OEM customers, the Sliderlock system is interchangeable with existing male-end designs using Flushfit and is complemented by a dedicated range of adapters.
