Joint Venture between Bosch Rexroth and Weifu High Technology Group

 Bosch Rexroth recently announced the company’s plans to form a joint venture with Weifu High Technology Group for strengthening the development, manufacturing, and sales of selected mobile and industrial hydraulic products in the Chinese market. The existing Le-HydrauliX subsidiary of Bosch Rexroth will be merged with this JV. Both entities signed the agreement on August 01, 2022, by keeping details confidential.
