Kaman Corporation to acquire Parker’s aircraft wheel & brake division

 The company Kaman Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement with Parker-Hannifin Corporation to acquire Parker’s aircraft wheel and brake division. Parker is divesting this division in order to get governmental approvals for the Meggitt Acquisition. The aircraft wheel & brake division of Parker has more than eighty years of experience with its strong product portfolio supporting more than 100 platforms.
