Komatsu Forest acquired Bracke Forest

 The Komatsu Ltd subsidiary Komatsu Forest AB, the reputed manufacturer of forestry machines has recently acquired Cranab AB owned Bracke Forest. Bracke Forest, the leading player for soil preparation equipment belonged to Cranab Group (part of Fassi Group) since 2013. As per the announcement from both companies, the acquisition of Bracke Forest must have been completed before July 1st, 2022
