Machine Operator

Job Description

Machine parts per print for customer orders at different workstations across the High Speed ABM area.  Machine parts are delivered promptly for production.  Meets current ISO requirements, all safety requirements, and practices good housekeeping.

A Day In The Life

• Run machinery per the requirements of the print specifications, shop order, and inspection charts.
• Ensure the machine is run with proper coolants, lubrication, and fluid levels of other materials.
• Operate at the level to hold production standards.
• It may be necessary to work in any workstation as required to accommodate production needs.
• Examine the product to ensure ongoing conformance to specifications.
• Repairs and rework on nonconforming product, when necessary.
• Keeps the area around the workstation neat and clean.
• Completes all documentation related to the process as needed.
• It may be needed to train any new employee who is assigned to the area.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisors
