Maintenance Technician III

Tremco Construction Products Group is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician III to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty equipment used in environmental services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute normal work safely by adhering to all written and verbal safety regulations and procedures.
• Check and fix plant equipment, such as but not restricted to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to reduce downtime.
• Record accurate maintenance work records.
• Clean and maintain respective areas and tools to optimize functionality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process.
• Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the proper channels.
• Demonstrate the expected values of the organization, such as adherence to policies and standard work procedures.
