Mechanical Engineers are involved in a fast-paced working environment and are liable for effective product support, delivery of research, design, development, testing, and certification operations. Which include:

•    Troubleshoot / research project problems and requirements & plan for solutions.
•    Apply basic mechanical and physics principles to assist in the production of a product.
•  Develop design definition documents (3D models, 2D drawings) and design supporting documentation (engineering reports, test procedures, etc.).
•   Control technical risk through complete identification, prioritization of risk reduction activities, and data-driven design modifications where necessary.
•    Adhere to engineering standards and design guides and contribute ideas for enhancing site best practices.
•  Practice Design for Six Sigma and Advanced Product Quality Planning concepts such as Design FMEA, Process FMEA, measurement systems analysis, and process capability studies.
•   Practice using 8D, cause and effect diagrams in problem solving.
•  Collaborate with other engineering or cross-functional disciplines as a team to disposition non-conforming material (NCMR) and create engineering change requests for production products
