DCG90–180 is built with better uptime, reduced fuel use and lower maintenance expenses. DCG90-180 comes equipped with the most recent generation engines from Volvo and Cummins. Both of them comply with Stage 3B/Tier4i emission levels.

The DCG90-180 comes with a variable hydraulic pump as a standard. The variable pump reduces greatly the pressure put on the hydraulic system and enables the forklift to maximize its performance whenever it is necessary. This aspect has also helped reduce the consumption of fuel for the machine as it increases performance simultaneously.

Because these machines operate in the harshest conditions, we've enhanced the cooling system of DCG90-180. An adjustable hydraulic fan maintains the engine and hydraulic cooling even at the most demanding operations. The fan may also be reversed to wash the cooler from dirt and dust.
