Process Engineer

We are seeking an individual with a relevant engineering degree and several years of experience in a technical role within the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be solution-focused, able to build trust and collaborate with various stakeholders both within and outside the company. You should work methodically and systematically, but also be flexible and able to reprioritize as situations change. You need to be analytical, have high integrity, and demonstrate good judgment. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in mechanical engineering and production process development, Experience with heat exchanger technology is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with FMEA and PFMEA.
• Significant experience in managing projects and taking ownership of activities.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD systems and technical drawings.
• Experience and knowledge of Lean Production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
