Tatuape Cranes expands fleet and service capabilities with Grove GMK6450-1

Tatuapé Cranes, a prominent lifting solutions provider in Brazil, has significantly enhanced its fleet with the addition of the Grove GMK6450-1 all-terrain crane. This new acquisition allows Tatuapé to offer increased lifting capacities and improved operational efficiency for large-scale projects. The GMK6450-1, known for its robustness and versatility, features a 450-ton capacity and the innovative MegaWingLift™ system, which enhances its lifting power and reduces assembly time to less than 20 minutes.

This crane is particularly beneficial for complex projects such as the São Paulo subway expansion, where heavy lifting and precise maneuverability are essential. The GMK6450-1's advanced hydraulic system and Manitowoc's CCS (Crane Control System) ensure smooth operation and optimal performance, even in demanding conditions. The addition of the MAXbase™ variable outrigger system further increases the crane's flexibility and lifting capacity.

Tatuapé's investment in the GMK6450-1 reflects its commitment to meeting the evolving needs of the construction and infrastructure sectors in Brazil, providing state-of-the-art equipment to ensure project success and safety.
