Introducing the R 930 Tunnel, an excavator meticulously crafted for subterranean construction sites. With adaptability and agility tailored for tunneling and underground quarrying challenges, the R 930 Tunnel boasts a state-of-the-art operator's cab prioritizing safety and comfort. This latest addition to the Liebherr tunnel excavator lineup developed at Liebherr-France SAS in Colmar (France), marks the global launch of the R 930 Tunnel crawler excavator. It takes the place of the R 924 Compact Tunnel, offering superior performance across various underground applications.
          The R 930 Tunnel has been meticulously designed to effectively address the challenges encountered in underground construction sites, characterized by confined spaces and challenging access. The excavator's attachment, available in two lengths, incorporates a swiveling bearing that can pivot to 2 x 45° angles, enabling precise adherence to the excavation profile. With a short slewing radius and powerful LED headlights, strategically shielded for protection, the machine significantly minimizes the risks of collisions with both construction personnel and walls.
