Assembly & Test Technician

Job Description

• Serves as a technical resource offering advice and expertise for team members on their day-to-day technical activities.
• Supports engineer & group leader to reviews the daily team needs, coordinates the activities and plans and coordinates overtime needs.  Ensures there is accurate labor reporting and balancing with time sheets.
• Get project schedule from assembly manager/engineer/group leader, coordinates and plans the assembly/test activities of assigned team to ensure that production commitments are fulfilled.
• Assembles and tests assemblies to TechnipFMC specifications. Becomes proficient in basic skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment in the area of expertise
• Submits required test documentation, including test reports, failed test reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Solves standard problems and questions of mastered subassemblies. Redirects more advanced issues to a higher level.
