The Data Analytics Server from  Bosch Rexroth makes machines and plants transparent on site for Industry 4.0 projects. The real-time data captured can be saved, evaluated and clearly visualized close to the machine. Sensitive information can, therefore, remain in the company. Predictive maintenance and other I4.0 use cases can be created quickly and easily using the rule-based actions via the web interface of the DAS. With help of DAS machines and processes can be made transparent in a cost-efficient way, remote diagnostics carried out reliably and continuous improvement processes introduced. Users can find and remove bottlenecks in their production, record the quality data specific to the project or stabilize and optimize processes.

With the DAS, the I4.0 use cases can be implemented "on premises", which means without needing a cloud connection. Sensitive data remains in the company, there are no problematic latency periods.The DAS only requires 16 GB RAM, 200 GB hard disk and Windows 10 64 Bit or higher for installation. Bosch Rexroth provides the DAS preinstalled on the current industrial PC generation IndraControl PR as a high-performance complete solution including hardware. A bundle with the IoT Gateway is another option that expands connectivity towards the machine and IT level, which, for sensors, means proprietary control, MES and large cloud-based platforms.
