Bosch Rexroth to acquire Elmo Motion Control

 Bosch Rexroth has recently announced the plans for acquiring Elmo Motion Control for expanding the factory automation business. With this acquisition, the innovative strength and dynamics of Elmo in electrical high-end servo drives and motion controls production will be combined with factory automation expertise of Bosch Rexroth. After the acquisition, Elmo will remain as an Israel entity by maintaining present team.
