Bosch Rexroth to acquire Hydraforce

 Both companies recently confirmed through a press release, the plans for Bosch Rexroth, a Bosch subsidiary at Lohr am Main, to acquire Hydraforce. This expansion aims to grow the offered Compact Hydraulics products portfolio of both companies and to expand the market reach. Both companies signed the contract on July 15, 2022, by agreeing to keep the purchase price confidential.
