A DAY IN THE LIFE  

  • Supervise and direct the work of subordinate construction workers in a variety of tasks, and their development. 
  • Support Blattner’s safety program. 
  • Ensure that all operators are trained per Blattner Energy crane operations training requirements as well as holding a current accredited crane certification. 
  • Responsible for overseeing the inventory and maintenance of all hand tools, safety equipment, consumables, torque and tension tooling, tower wiring tooling, etc.  
  • Assists Superintendents with identifying crane walk locations, ensuring procedures for walking crawler cranes are followed, being present for cross country and other crawler crane walks, auditing pre-lift analysis sheets, auditing other Blattner Energy crane-related documents and procedures 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED  

  • 1 year of experience supervising or working on a construction crew 
  • Reading, writing, and comprehension skills are normally acquired through the completion of high school  
  • Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test 
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel with rotations)
