InterMoor Inc. is looking to add an experienced Crane Operator to the team. We are seeking experienced, Certified lattice boom crane operators who can operate hydraulic crawler cranes and forklifts to load and offload material from trucks and vessels.

Due to the work required, candidates must live within a daily commuting distance of our site in Fourchon.

Duties

•Operating Cranes daily to load Vessels, trucks, and general yard work
•Able to operate the 800-ton Lattice Boom crane safely and unsupervised
•Direct and coordinate on-site JSA during pre-job meetings
•Perform daily inspections of cranes, fill out daily checklist, and report any findings to the Yard Supervisor
•Fill out Critical lift forms as needed
•Maintain crane per maintenance schedule
•Must assist the crew with all daily activities in the yard and report back to the Crane operator Foreman
•Work and operate within InterMoor safety standards and guidelines
•Assist with all other duties assigned by the Yard Supervisor

Required

•Lattice boom crane operator certification required
•High School Diploma or Equivalent
•Minimum 2 years experience as a crane operator
•Must know safe crane operations to operate cranes and forklifts safely
•Must know crane load charts to calculate heavy-lifting operations
•Forklift operator certification preferred
•Rigger Certified (API PR2D Certification), preferred. Must obtain within 90 days of hire
•Able to work as a team and understands the meaning of being a “Team Player”
