Electro-Hydraulic Technician

Port to Port Immigration Services is searching for ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC TECHNICIANS to work in Canada. We are a licensed international recruitment and immigration agency that screen applicants for trade experience and immigration eligibility.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Electro-Hydraulic Technician
• Completion of secondary school or vocational program
• Background in Ocean related trades

Job duties:

• Maintaining production related equipment.
• Troubleshoot/repair hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Perform diagnostic checks on components, systems and processes
• Overhaul & repair various hydraulic & pneumatic components
• Start-up/commissioning of new systems
• Knowledge in the principles and practical application of pneumatics, hydraulics, chain/belt drives, bushings/bearings/idler systems, gearboxes, pumps, valves, fasteners, seals, gaskets, mechanical fabrication, and rigging.
• Fabricate & install tubing, piping & hose, flushing & hydrostatic testing both in and out of the work shop
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
