Forklift Operator I

About the Position

The Forklift Operator ensures the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment. The Forklift Operator has the duty of using the lift equipment to push, load, unload, and stack products for shipping and receiving requirements to meet customer demand.

Functions

• Operate Powered Industrial equipment safely to transport products or materials for distribution like conventional sit-down or stand-up forklifts, clamp, and picker equipment.

• Load, unload, and store product and/or materials

• Stack and/or move material and product to assigned location.

• Scan product and print labels using equipment.

• Fill out paperwork and manage inventory systems as necessary.

• Adhere to the product rotation procedure.

• Conduct cycle count as necessary
