HAWE Hydraulik acquired Fritz Schur Energy and Fritz Schur Teknik

 In March 2022, HAWE Holding GmbH, Aschheim signed the contract to take over the business units Fritz Schur Energy (FSE) and Fritz Schur Teknik (FST) from Fritz Schur Technical Group, Denmark. This acquisition includes the four locations of these two business units, all activities, employees, and the associated product range. This acquisition expands the existing product portfolio for wind turbines.
