Summary:

The Hose Assembly Technician, under the supervision of the Production and Warehouse Manager, will collect the proper components and assemble hoses to complete the order. This technician is capable of assembling all the various types of hoses. This technician will also do off site hose certifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare work to be done by collecting parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Assembled parts by checking connections for proper fit; securing parts and subassemblies.
Check specifications by measuring finished components.
Solve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to specifications; alerting supervisor to acquire more resources, and/or adjusting components on work order/pick ticket.
