Major Duties

  • Fills out the forklift driver's daily checklist. Refills fluid and creates work request maintenance work forms for requested repairs.
  • Adheres to a safe and clean working environment through adherence to rules, procedures, and regulations.
  • Picks and stages packaging supplies at work sites.
  • Receives materials in production by verifying and checking information and quantity of materials, and stores materials in inventory.
  • Load trailers and unload them.
  • Verifies pallet/case counts and patterns. Informs the floor and/or the department supervisor of any discrepancies.
  • Familiar with all Material Handler responsibilities and tasks.
  • Safely performs assigned work and accordance with BBPC safety procedures.
