Hydraulic Technician

About The Position

The suitable candidate will be responsible for maintenance/repair works & services including but not limited to:
•    Inspection & testing of all hydraulic safety systems, wellhead control modules & components. If inspection shows any deficiency, the item shall immediately be replaced or tested as specified in the relevant code.
•    Service all Modules in accordance with the existing design on the specific Well-head tower. Also, perform calibrations of Hydraulic Systems.
•    Participate in the Risk Assessment exercise and furnish necessary documents and information as required.
•    Repair/service Hydraulic Systems, Well Control Modules (WCM), telemetry Interface Panels (TIM), Accumulator Racks, etc., as required.
•    Preparation of Method Statement & Drafting of Risk Assessment forms, As-built documentation, Testing Procedures and Inspection & Final testing & certification report.

Requirements
•    5+ years working on Hydraulic Panel
•    Instrument calibration
•    Hydraulic Tubing experience
•    Report writing
•    Good Communication skills
•    Oil & Gas sector experience is mus
