Second Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Overtime on Fridays as required.

Third Shift:
Sunday: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Overtime on Thursdays as needed.

Second/Third Shift Differential: An additional $1.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up and operate various machines and line equipment.
  • Perform machine changeovers efficiently.
  • Complete paperwork, ensure traceability, manage scrap, and conduct first-piece inspections.
  • Provide training to fellow employees.
  • Conduct necessary preventive maintenance on machines.
  • Troubleshoot equipment, machines, and process issues, including chemical, routing, and blueprint problems.
  • Utilize computers for production-related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • One or more years of manufacturing experience.
  • Proficiency in using equipment such as gauges, calipers, indicators, scales, and tape measures.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Understanding of basic mathematical principles.
  • Familiarity with basic statistical process control principles.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds from a squat-level lift, from the floor to the waist.
  • Shoulder-level lift to 60 inches at 35 pounds.
  • Horizontal lift and carry for 10 feet.
  • Team lifting capability - lift to 50 pounds.
  • Lean Certification is a plus.
  • Preferred mechanical aptitude.
