Pipefitter

Position Summary

• The Ponticelli Frères Group is recruiting for our Normandy Regional Directorate. 
• You will be involved in industrial maintenance activities.
• You would like to develop your experience as a Pipefitter (M/F) and thus participate in the transformations of the world in a family group that works to provide people with what they will always need: energy, health, water, food, and safety, with sincere respect for the planet and its employees.
• We invite you to join us on a permanent contract. The position offered is located in Lillebonne (76).

Your main missions will be as follows:

• assemble the pipe supports according to the general plans;
• prepare the piping elements (cutting, grinding, chamfering, tapping);
• assemble the prefabricated pipe sections.
• install valves, taps, and all flanged accessories;
• adjust fixed and elastic supports;
• check the conformity of the installed lines;
• isolate the circuits to prepare the hydraulic tests according to the test plan
• carry out hydraulic tests;
• trace on the isometric plan the modifications made for the establishment of the "as built" entering into the constitution of the final file;
• carry out the self-inspection and the requested checks before the client receives the work and ensure that they are formalized according to the inspection plan;
• ensure, if necessary, the interface with the client's representatives during the execution of the work;
  contribute to meeting deadlines;
• issue improvement proposals and report anomalies.

Profile Wanted

• Coming from a background in metallurgy, you have initial experience in a similar role.
• You can take measurements and interpret isometric plans.
• Autonomous and rigorous, you have good gestural skills and enjoy working in a team.
