Hydroscand France acquires Pathel Industrie SAS

 Hydroscand France has recently signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Pathel Industrie SAS, including its subsidiaries in France, the United Kingdom, and Spain. Pathel Industrie with headquarters in Lyon, France was founded in 1975 and is a manufacturer of high-end fittings and couplers.
