John Deere expanding customer’s access to self-repair resources

 John Deere recently introduced, from May 2022 onwards the Customer Service ADVISOR service will be offered to customers and independent repair shops to enable direct purchase through JohnDeereStore.com in the US. As a next phase, John Deere is planning for further enhancements in the next year which include the options to remotely download secure software updates to embedded controllers.
